Live Delivery Guarantee
In the rare case that one or more of the fish have arrived dead, please take a picture or two of the dead fish in the unopened shipping bag. The pictures should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the pictures and verify the loss, we will provide a refund or reship replacements. If you choose to have replacements shipped, we do not provide any refund if the replacements arrive dead. Please note that if we sent extra fish with your order, we do not provide any refund on the extra fish. (ie, your order was for 3 fish and we sent 5, and 2 fish arrived dead, there would be no refund)
There are no refunds on shipping charges.
